Auto creation of case on new mail

Hello there,

I'm looking for a module wich can automtically transform an incoming email into a case.

We have a form on our website, and this form send an email (with some specials headers) to our support adresse. We want that when an email with "our" header is received, it could be automatically transform into a case and a confirmation mail is sent to the customer.

Is there a module I can adapt for this or must I create it from myself ?

You should read the Admin manual ... specifically this section (presuming you're on 5.2)

Well, after a lot of tries... Can't understand.
I've created the required groups, the user group is set to create cases, but nothing seems to work if I send a mail to my dedicated support box (a gmail one).

I've tried launch the cron.php (no error), to refresh mailboxe (but the account isn't in it)... What's wrong ?
