Auto Designer for Lead Web Capture form

I am currently using Sugar Professional Version 4.5.0h (Build 1239) and would like to build some webforms to feed into the leads module. From what I understand, there is an auto designer for this built into the campaigns module. but I can't seem to find it in the shortcuts menu while I am in the campaign module. The options that I see are:

Create Campaigns
Campaign
Create Target List
Target Lists
Targets
Create Email Templates
Email Templates
Import Targets
Saved Searches

Can anyone give me a hand in letting me know that I'm missing?

Thanks Markku I had a feeling that would be the case. Aside from upgrading, which I'll be doing shortly, what is the easiest way to get these forms set up?

I guess you can use /Examples/ExampleLeadCapture.php as a starting point.

Never mind I found the method to Create Lead Form to utilize the Web to Lead feature. To start the the Lead Capture Wizard just do the following.

Click Campaigns
Click Create Lead Form

This requires Sugar CRM 4.5.1 OS or greater
