Hi,
I am a newbie to SugarCRM. Can you help me in setting up autoreply and auto assignment when ever a new case is created by a portal user?. I should do the same when the case is updated. In detail, when ever a new case is created by a portal user, I want to send emails to the portal user (acknowledging him) and alert support Team ( I have team in Sugar CRM) about the new case. Is there any custom development that is required to get this working?
