a auto lead routing module out there?

HI there,
I was wondering if you guys have recommendations on a good lead routing module or how we can achive this?
What we need to do is basically to route leads accordingly to different users based on the city match or the number of quotas assigned to that lead, and route leads based on the "last modified" fields periodically for the exisitng lead.

The Pro and Enterprise has a workflow. You could also create a custom logic hook to do this for you as well. If you are not the developer type I would reccomend the workflow engine in the pro and enterprise.

SierraCRM wrote a lead routing module last year that has the following functionality

Lead routing begins with selecting the order of the lead routing. For instance order 1 is the first, then you can select a second order and so on up to 5.

Next you select a lead attribute (field) and assign a value to that field. If the field matches then you can assign that lead to an individual user. We allow up to 5 fields of the lead record anded together to pass to a user. For instance city = Grass Valley, State = California - assign to abaker.

We also built in round robin. Equal distribution of leads from a specific lead source to a group of people.

I am about to publish a module based on lead filtering and assignment. This will allow filtering and assigning leads by any number of rule filters. This will be compatable with TeamsOS on first release. By the end of Feb it will support teams pro and ent and have builtin notification of assignment. Anyone interested?

Levementum wrote a lead distribution & interface engine for one of our SugarPro clients in the Health Care industry, Its in two parts:

1. A Lead Submission API: Essentially we have an exposed interface on the web that Lead Vendors can http-POST to.
2. A Lead Distribution Engine: The Engine then cleans duplicates based on a configurable algorithm, and distributes the leads to different Users (based on the user-type), and also does so based on a QUOTA that is assigned at the User level. Additionally we have some logic in this that allows you to leverage workflow features so that specific leads are routed to specific users (an example of this is that we check the STATE on certain leads, and the leads are only submitted to a quota-eligible user, if the Lead is in the same "time-zone" as the User - by the user's timezone configuration in ADMIN).

This is not an idea - its running in a customer site and is typically leveraged at 30 simultaneous (versus named) users.
