Auto-reply not working
1. Admin->Inbound Email
2. In Inbound Email: Home, we click in a setted up email account
3. Inbound Email Setup->Edit
in Email Handling Options
a) if "Assign To Group Folder" is assigned
and "Possible actions" is "Create case"
it works fine, it checks the email, create a case and auto-reply
b) if "Assign To Group Folder" is none
and "Possible actions" is "Bounce Handling"
Auto-Reply Template: assigned
Does NOT work, it does not reply. How can we fix this?
We want to have auto-reply to those emails but not create a case.
Cron jobs are running well.
