Hi,
Very new to Sugar. Evaluating it to help with customer service emails. I have one question though so far. When I get a new customer service inbound email from a customer, and then quick create a case, I notice that it auto fills in the subject and description from the fields in the email, however the 'account name' field is always blank. Is there anyway to get it to see if the address from the email already matches an account, and automatically fill the account in?
Hopefully that makes sense.
