Has anyone set up Sugar to take an inbox and automatically turn emails into Cases (append to existing or create new)?
I realize there's currently a way to create a case by clicking a link and assigning it to an account. Ideally I would like to not monitor the inbox at all.
I've found the following:

"PHP script that allows to assign messages from inbound email to a contact(s) with the address(es) of the recipient(s). Has to be run via scheduler."
That gets me most of the way there. I can do the rest myself unless there is already a fix out there I don't know about. Any help would be greatly appreciated!![]()
