Automated Email Reply System

Hi

I have set up a system between my homepage and my Sugar Professional 4.5, whereby people may fill in a form the details of which are fed into the CRM system. I was wondering if it is possible to create a workflow that follows the logic whereby once a new record in Leads is created, an email template stored on the CRM is sent to this new contact's email address?

Yes, it is possible.
You have to play around a bit on Workflow in the admin control panel.
