I have setup sugar crm integrated with pbx in a flash (freepbx/asterisk), which is all working really well.
My question is that I really only have use for the "cases" section of the system, what I need is automated emails based on specific events, like a case being created etc. Would I need to opt for the professional edition just for this functionality or have I overlooked something? I know there is a workflow management section in the professional edition, is this the only way to make this work?
