Automated Workflows ???

Hi!

I must say first that I am a real newbie to SugarCRM and just installed it on my PC a few days ago to evaluate the features. We run a little travel agency for students and want to start using a CRM soon. Sugar seems to be a great software for it.

However, I'm having trouble finding all the features SugarCRM is supposed to have. One of them are Automated Workflows, where e.g. a date or an action triggers the next step in the process chain. Is that possible at all with the free Open Source version of Sugar? And if so, where can I find the Workflow Management options if I log in as admin?

I found this link , but I can't find this feature in the SugarCRM Open Source version 4.5.1

Workflow Management is the feature of Sugar Enterpise not Sugar Open Source.
