Automatic Account, Contant Info From Website

Hi there,

We run a training and coaching business. Our leads are added (or will be) into SugarCRM from the data capture websites we have.

Currently (with Infusionsoft CRM), we have a webform that a sales agent fills in once a sale has been made - and that then converts the lead into a contact and creates the account and logs the sale based on the information entered onto the form.

However, I can't see anyway of doing that in SugarCRM - it seems all you have is a web-to-lead form and nothing else.

Am I missing something? Any help appreciated.

You could always use the SOAP API to create a form that in turn does exactly what you describe.
