Hello,
we're evaluating the software and I discovered a problem.
If we get email from known customers (their contact and email exist in the sugarcrm database) and click on "reply" in the "My Inbox" screen, we must manually assign the answer mail with a contact (the drop down/text field on the upper right in "compose email screen").
If we don't assign a contact to the answer mail, the answer mail istn't stored in the contact history of the corresponding customer.
Is it possible to automatic populate the upper right field in the "compose email" screen with the corresponding contact of the source email?
