Automatic BCC for outgoing Emails

Currently our company is new to Sugar and I have been tasked to implement it, we are using the community edition.

I would like to know if there is way to BCC all outgoing emails to an external address, or is this not implemented in Sugar?

There is no default functionality in sugar to achieve this. You need to customize the code.

You do not say whether the BCC is to one fixed external address or whether the BCC address is variable.
If it is fixed then you could tackle this via your Email service provider
