Automatic E-Mail Refresh

Hi All,

Im using Sugar 5.1.0a,

Iv got grouped e-mail folders fully set up and working, and i would like to automatically refresh the page to pull in the new e-mail. To do this i enabled in the e mail settings ' automatically check every 5 minutes'.

5 minutes later... The e mails refresh and you see the new mail appear for about 1/2 a second and then IT ALL DISSAPPEARS! and the only way to see the mail again is to click on the folder or refresh the internet page.

This is no good as the idea behind it should be no user intervention is required.

can anyone help.

You could use a Scheduler for Inbound Email and set it every minute.

Thanks for your response,

I already have the scheduler setup and checking mail every minute (see first image)

The problem i have is shown in the second image, whereby the e-mail is being pulled in by the scheduler but is not displaying in the E-Mail section unless i refresh the page, the automatic refresh refreshed the page but when it does the new mail appears for a second and then ALL the mail disappears from view, unless i refresh the page manually...
