automatic email notification

Hello All,

I was wandering if there is a way that Sugar can ability to email to more than one user when the Case is assigned under case module.

Currently, the sugar will email notification when the case is assigned to one user.

I would like to have the sugar to ability to email to two or more user at same time without require to setup a group email.

Also if it is possible to have sugar able to email both new user and previous user when the status changes.
for example: Assign to User1 then change to User2, both User2 and User1 receive notification. (Usually, sugar only email notification to new user in this case User2)

Both the above items are possible using the workflow functionality that comes with Pro and Ent versions of Sugar. If you are using CE, then this functionality would need to be custom coded. There are some plugins available on the Forge that might allow you to set this up on CE, maybe you can see if anything there will help.
