If you want to change your contact list to receive your campaigns newly, you need clear the option "email opt out" in the contact register.

Hello,
as ronaldo stated, look at the Contacts and make sure the 'opt out' email checkbox is not checked. Also, if you were trying to resend the same email marketing item within a campaign you had previously sent out, then these will be automatically suppressed, since the campaigns is set up to not send the same item to the same email address more than once.
