Default Automatical action for answers in an email campaign

The current situation is an email campaign.
    We send marketing-mails to customers.
So the question is the following:

Is it possible to create an action when targets reply on an email ?
The action should be taken automatically.
The action should be created in the "Email-Settings" --> "Possible Actions" --> ("New Case" ? )
For example if people write that they want to be unsubscribed from the campaign emails.

    Thanks for any answers

If you just need the unsubscribe feature, the sent email will have a link to your sugar installation to allow this...

    Thank you for your answer!
In deed I want to unsubscribe the user if he wants to.
Our problem is that we run sugarcrm on an internal server, and our homepage on an externally hosted.
If there is a way to use the unsubscribe link with this constallation, without putting data from the sugarcrm on the external hosting, it would be great to know how to do that.

As an alternative to that we were looking for a way to process automatically emails that would have "unsubscribe" in the Subject...
Is there a way that such emails would than mark the "opt out" criteria for the contact with the corresponding email adresse from the "unsubscribe" email.

Thank you for your help !
