automatically allocate to developers based on category

Hi,

I'm looking for a case system which would automatically allocate cases to a developer based on the category I.e. software issues to developers, hardware to tech team. Is there any way to do this through sugar?

You should be able to do this with Workflows which is included in Pro and higher editions. With CE it would require custom coding.
