Automatically assigning leads

So i have set up the hubspot integration with sugar crm but all the leads are assigned to the administrator team by default. I need a way for everyone to see them. Could someone help me?

The problem is all the leads are by default assigned to the administrator team. How do i get them automatically globally visible?

Could someone help me? Is there a way to make all leads visible to anyone?

You have to log as admin to have access to all leads.
Open leads list view.
Select all leads.
Go to mass update panel.
Select to Global team,
Perform the mass update.
Now after each user new login, they will beable to see all leads.

All set the default team as global in user preferences for each user, this way new leads will be auto assigned to global team.
