    Default Automatically associating incoming email with a lead, SugarCRM CE 5.2.0a

    Hello everyone,

    I was unable to find a post on this one as well.
    When I receive a reply from a lead/opportunity/account to my email that I sent from SugarCRM and that is already associated with this lead/account/opportunity, is there a way to automatically associate incoming email with this lead/account, etc. without having to manually click on 'Import to Sugar' button in the Emails module after checking for new mail?

    You will have to set up an inbox for this and use the available function to automatically to it

    spend some time in the emeail part of the administration manual for instructions

    I see what you are saying, and I did read it, but as far as I can see, the only available functions are bounce handling' and 'create case'. Neither one does what I'd like to handle, I think. If I am wrong, please let me know.

    Is it possible to handle without tweaking the script? If I do have to change the script, where would I start?

    One other thing. In documentation, admin guide, on page 65, where it explains how to set up a group folder, in the image of Email Settings page, there is an additional tab Rules, to the right of General/Accounts/Folders tabs, which is missing from my system. Maybe this tab solves what I am looking for. Any ideas how I can enable this tab?
