I have been looking thru the forum and cannot seem to find an answer to what I think is a vital part of a crm system. How can I send an email to someone as soon as they fill out a webform. I am able to import the data into Sugar but need to send an email and automatically add them to a campaign.

Is this an easy thing to do, has it been done before. Please help. Am I looking in the wrong place?
