We are looking to support our demand generation and lead development efforts with anautomated solution. Our goal is to identify if SugarCRM Community Edition (or any SugarCRM edition for that matter) can support the following.

Once a new lead or contact has been added to the system, either manual or batch import, we would like the CRM to automationcally: 1) send out in specific order and over a specific time period as activated by the system time stamp or CRM clock a set or previously created form emails. 2) create new activities in the CRM which will be used as a direct sales calling list.

In essence, we would like sales reps to show up, log into their CRM, pull up their activities and start dialing. We are attempting to eliminate the daily task of having sales reps "creating future call list."
