We have built a custom module called Customer Process. The module has a one-to-one relationship with the accounts module. One of its field is the customer itself, i.e. an account. For example, I can create an entry for the account "Some Car Company". It works as it should.
If, however, I select the company's entry in the accounts module and select the edit or detail view, the field Customer Process (which is automatically there because of the relationship I have defined) is empty. In other words, it is not automatically populated.
So far, I thought this was due to bug 44742 which was supposedly solved in 6.2.2 but we still experience it even though we have updated to 6.2.4.
What are your suggestions?
