Autoreply to a lead and link the email with the Lead

Based on some workflow I am sending an autoreply email to a Lead.
I am using recipient associated with the target module (Lead) as a target.
In this case the email is sent correctly but I need it also to be in the history under the Lead.

Does anyone knows how to do this?

Hi Rinz,

in addition to creating an Alert (which you currently have for the email that is sent out), you can use the Action to create a new Note record. This way, you will have will have a record in the CRM that the workflow triggered.
