    Default AVAYA Integration with Sugar

    Hi,

We have moved to new premises and installed an Avaya phone system with Avaya phone manager. There are TAPI drivers for Outlook and other CRM software such as Goldmine available. I would like to know if there is any way to integrate with Sugar so that I can click a number in the software to make a call.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks

I might as well jump in here too. We're looking for Cisco Call Manager (or CME) integration ideas.

It is possible integration between Avaya PBX with 3rd Party TAPI and a Web CRM (in this case SUGAR CRM - PHP/MySQL environment ) and, if so, how can we implement it.
