We use Ubuntu 9.1 at the moment but soon will be 10.4, and I have wondered where the core files are located in Ubuntu that need to be backed up for our Sugar CRM. I would love to reload a new Ubuntu box, get the IIS services running correctly and simply drag and replace the fresh SugarCRM installation files with the correct data files I backed up and have the system back and operational like it wes.........lol......I know UNIX pretty good and have had no problem thumbing my way through various other projects but this sugar CRM seems to be a bit tricky and I need to make sure it works flawlessly after the change.

It is using Mysql for the database.......
