Backup

i am currently using the evaluation version of sugarcrm 5.2 professional. when i login to the admin account the system offers me a "backup" which is good i believe..however when i click on that it asks me for the "directory" and "filename'. any idea what this is?

It is asking for an existing directory on your local drive where the backup file will be saved and a filename that the file will be saved as.
