Default Backup Bitrock Install On SBS2003

I would like to use SugarCRM OS edition in a small production environment (3 users tops to start) and was planning on using the Bitrock package to install it on my SBS2003 server.

We need to have a solid backup plan in place if we are going to be using this for all our customer data. So, what is the recommended method for backing this up?

I am using the bitrock package so I am using mysql and apache instead of IIS and SQL.

    Thanks for the help.
