- the backup option in Setting main it serves for: copy of the configuration of the program, copy of my data or of the two things?

- I would like to know how can i restore a backup of SUGARCRM

i made the same question but i see when backup sugar you backup the sugar and documents of files you upload to sugar the database you need to backup manual or with a third party application in my case i use webmin to backup mysql database
