Hi There

I love Sugar CRM but my Comm Edition was running rather slow on login and refresh so thought to do a backup (first time) just so I dont have a nervous breakdown and find I forgot to do any backups!!


BUT - I have ried backing up to http://127.0.0.1:8080/sugarcrm and it says it exsists but cant write to it (huh??)

So I tried http://127.0.0.1:8080 - same probem

So then I tried creating an account to create a folder using FireFTP, but now fire FTP says Nope. Unable to make a connection. Please try again. (huh?) even though I am logging in correctly as the administrator.

So... can ANYONE tell me how I supposed to do a simple backup before its too late to do so! :-)
