Bad Credentials? I have checked a million times!

Asertiva 0.9.0.1 with Thunderbird 1.5.0.9.

Within Thunderbird e-mail client, I went into tools > sugarcrm configuration and filled in the details correctly. The URL is the page of which I go to login ((Visit Link)) and the login/password is my own. When I go to check credentials it says "wrong credentials".

I then created a new username and password from within sugarcrm and duplicated it in sugarcrm configuration within Asertiva.

Any suggestions or help is appreciated!

I think this has something to do with soap.php as our soap.php has been customized. Can anyone confirm?
