    Default windows-1257 encoding not show in inbox email

    Hello,

    When we recieve email from Outlook, "Baltic (Windows)" (windows-1257) encoding get all shown inproperly in email subject and body. We have set encoding to UTF-8 in sugarcrm email account settings, but this doesn't help. How can we fix this?
