Hi - I'm trying to get my group running on SugarCRM and there are just a couple of functions I can't quite figure out. My apologies up front for asking such simple questions, but I did a search and could not quickly find what I need. I'd appreciate any help :-)
1) I'm set up as the Admin. What settings do I change so I can see every employee's calendar entries?
2) I want everyone (2 sales people, 1 receptionist and 1 manager) to be able to see everyone's sales-related calendar entries, but I'd like us to be able to use the calendar for personal appointments also (so we don't see everyone's dentist appointments, but we do see everyone's weekly staff meetings, for example.) What settings do I make to accomplish this?
3) We have the email module added, and we can send out email; how do we set up the internal email application so we can get email too? One person was able to do this for a couple of days, now none of us can. So I figure there must be a setting that allows both incoming and outgoing email?
Thanks again for helping me with this very basic functions. I just can't find the answers quickly, and my boss wants us up to speed this week. So you're doing me a big favor :-)
