    Exclamation "Basic Search" not showing fields due to rules (LEADS)

    Hi everyone,

    What rules defines if "Basic Search" in leads are show or not.

    I have configured a role for Sales Reps, and it looks like i have set one of the rules sets so that "Basic Search" fields are removed/blank.

    Full search is available though.

    What rules/control the view in simple search so that the fields are show or not?

    Did you modify studio>leads>search>basic search ?

    Hi salesagilitym!

    Thanks for your reply.

    No havent modified that - I have changed the rule-sets in the roles.

    In the admin account everything looks normal and every field is showing in both Basic & advanced search.

    So I guess this must be correlated to how the rules are set in the role.

    Any idea of what rules that impacts the search function in leads?
