Hi forum ,

im trying to understand how sugar works. Im reading the documentation for the community but, Im still not clear about the basics:

I have several products, wherefore I am collection adresses, wich are beeing called in these different cases. Therefore I want to arrange the contacts (or leads or whatever) in groups. So if im calling people wich are in the group for the product one , I need an overview, a list, wich only shows these entries !
I thought , that the right grouping element would be the object campaign. But the problem is, that a contact can only be assigned to a contactlist, if I assign to a contact a campaign, there seems to be no possibility to see this contact if I open my product-one-campaign ...
Further, I imported form CSV new objects as targets assigning them to my contactlist in my campaign. Ok , now I have these targets, but I cant use them , I cant assign a history or activities. ok therefore im trying to convert them to leads, and later to contacts. But now I can not reach them anymore using my campaing ...

Hope you guys understand my problem ...


Im sure this problem is a type of basic understanding, so I would be pretty happy for some tips...
