Although this was brought up in another thread, it probably deserves its own:

Since upgrading to 4.5.0h, when sending a message from a Lead, the recipients entered in the Bcc field are not receiving their email. When not going through a Lead it appears to work.

Any suggestions on a fix are appreciated.
