I ve just upgrade with the 4.02d patch and bug come true

i want to sen a mail from a lead and i write email from the sugar intefrace (great tool) but as soon a i send it : this message appears : bean not found by id: 178a167b-888b-0cc5-4bba-4480437c76b7 ??????????????

and the email has not been sent to my customer...

Do you know why

What i have to do to resolve this bug
