Wanted to study CRM systems. but don't know first learn.
what books it is necessary to read?
I not sign with:
- PHP
- SQL
- work in Data base.

Advise please either as what book learns?
I it is necessary adminitration/ development CRM systems.

Have you tried the foreign language forums? Not sure anybody has a clue what you are asking.

If you want to learn about CRM systems in general search the web. If you want to know Sugar start with the man8uals and the Wiki,install it and play.
