Beginner Question about integration

Hi there everyone,
I have a general integration question. I currently use ZOHO CRM but due to their inability to supply an API I have decided to move to SugarCE (although my tech abilities are a bit rusty). However I do want to keep some of my ZOHo apps which have a REST and RPC-XML api. Is it possible, in theory, to integrate with my existing ZOHo apps from SugarCE for retrieval of Accounts, Contacts etc? A yes/no with some general pointers would be great!

Yes, it would be possible. You could leverage Sugar's SOAP API for retrieving the data you want.
