Beginners question: Can't enable new modules

Hello,

I've successfully (!?) installed Sugar CE 6.0 beta.
Now I'm eager to test the project management capacities which seem to be included [1].
I made my way to Admin->Module loader but I can't see one single entry in both tables and hence cannot enable new modules.

What am I doing wrong? Do I have to download the projects module first? When yes, where?

To get Access to projects in 5.51 go to admin->configure tabs

Projects is in the Hidden Tabs along with Bugs
