    Default Best Method?

So I am a photographer, Today alone I have had about 40 brand new models contact me (I normally have 10-50 a day). I want to be able to add them as leads into my CRM. There names, dob, address and what not for better management.

However I am never really going to turn them into a customer. they would become more so a Contract Employee. You should think of me as a talent agent ...

How would you guys handle this?

You can enter the models as leads initially. Whenever you need, the leads can be converted into Accounts (Contract Employee).

Personally, I get contacted by 5-10 models a day. When that happens I enter them as leads and then after processing them I convert them to Girlfriends.

All kidding aside, I'd view the models as Accounts. Accounts are not necessarily customers. They can be partners, or in your case, even contract employees.

    Hello DrDigital,

eggsurplus is correct. If the leads module does not really work for you, then you can potentially do away with the leads module and just use Accounts/Contacts. There is a type field on the Accounts module that you can customize to your needs.
