Best way to implement?

We are using the SugarCRM platform to distribute free literature for nursing home residents;

Each nursing home chooses the frequency that they would like to get auto-shipped. What is the best way to schedule the recurring shipments?

For example; I have a nursing home who wants to receive one package weekly, another who wants three packages bi-weekly, and another wants five packages monthly. The packages are the same, the frequency is different. Basically we need to produce a labels periodically for each package on the dates they need to be shipped.

What would be the best way to keep track of who needs to get shipped each day?
