    Question big problem with email module

    After I configure the email setting, i am trying to send a test mail, but it shows:

    Message Cannot be Sent
    Error emailing:SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host.Error in my_thread_global_end(): 1 threads didn't exit

    what is the problem, how can i do?

    OK .... version of sugarcrm, operating system, php and mysql + a fuller description of the problem ... is this in admin or in user account set up?

    Are u on a windows server? It's usually due to an issue with your libmysql.dll file. If you replace that file, it may work.
