Birthdate

I am in an indusrty where I like to call my clients on their date of birth.

Any idea as to how to track DOB. I cant seem to search for date of birth using the search functions. Help?

There is a dashlet in SugarForge that shows the Birthdays on your Home tab.

I just tested it with 4.5.1.h and 5.0.0, it works fine, a nice tool.

How to send e-mail automatically with congratulation for birthday to anybody from contacts every day?

You need to create a scheduled task on SugarCRM to do that and make sure the cron is active in your system.

Unfortunately it does'nt work with 5.2.0c.

I have installed on my 5.2i system and it works fine for me..
But I can't edit the Dashlet because the Edit button doesn't work...
