Birthday field in ContactFormBase

Hi peeps,

We have a problem..
We have added the bday field in ContactFormBase.
So whenever you create a contact in a pop-up, birthday field is required to be inputted.
The problem is during date checking.. we are having a problem with the JavaScript checking because it is not behaving the same as creating a client in the Contacts module.
It is always prompting "Invalid Value: Birthdate"

Anyone that has tried this? or have a suggestion on this problem?
