Question A biz logic implementation query..!

    Hi,
I am new to SugarCRM. I have a specific biz logic that I am looking forward to implement using this.
I am giving commission to my dealers like this...
I will assign a target number of customers for the year to every dealer.
Each dealer will get fixed amount for a % of target achieved(cusotmers signed)
For upto 25% he will get $x, for upto 50% he will get $y and so on.
Commission will be calculated for every month sign up and will be paid-off 3 months after the sign up.
    Eg:
    Target 100 customers.
Jan he signs up 5 customers. He is entitled for commssion of 5 x $x(upto 25% commssion is $x).
Feb he signs up 10 more.He is entitled for commssion of 15(5+10) x $x(upto 25% commssion is $x).
March he signs up 12 more. He is then entitled for commssion of 27(5+10+12) x $y(upto 50% commssion is $y).

April he gets paid a commssion of (5x$x). This is earned in Jan.
May he gets paid a commssion of (15x$x). This is earned in Feb.
June he gets paid a commssion of (27x$y). This is earned in March
And this will continue for the entire biz year.
    .

So can I implement this commssion calculating logic in SugarCRM?
    Pld advise...

    Thanks in advance...

    Hi Ojasvi,

You can implement this functionality in Sugar system. Now the main thing is that how do you want Sugar to handle this caculation. Another thing is where do you want to track this, meaning in which module you would be capturing the information that will be calculating the commission for a user.

We implemented this functionality for one of our client where we were tracking the user's activity and also maintaining the commission for that user.

If you would like to discuss this further then shoot me an email at mpaikpro@gmail.com

    Lookimg forward....

    Regards,
