Blank CSV templates for importing

Can someone please list what fields should be used when importing Leads, Contacts, Accounts?
I want to make seperate blank CSV files for our staff to use to Import data.

You use the fields that are important to your business and exist in the spreadsheet ... there are mandatory fields for these modules ... check out the Module>Import functionality for more insight
