Blank DetailViews, but not in all Themes

As the business day started, I discovered that the DetailViews for Leads were coming up blank. A search of the forum finds others have had this problem, but with no exact fix.

I discovered that the salesman using the Sunset theme was not having this problem. I played with the themes and found three or four didn't have the blank DetailViews. So short-term fix is to have the sales folk use the Sunset theme.

I'm hoping that the upcoming upgrade to 4.5.1 will fix the problem. Unless someone has some quick fix suggestions based on the theme clue. Otherwise, I'll turn on the logging and try to find the error.

Was h the original version you installed or have you migrated from another version? Maybe the installation didn't work properly or did it work and now doesn't. Have you tried copying the themes from another installation over your version?

I started with a full install of SugarCRM 4.5.0f and then upgraded to SugarCRM 4.5.0h a few days after it became available. So the SugarCRM 4.5.0h version did not have this problem until a week after the install.

Thanks for the suggestion about copying the themes. I'll try this after busness hours.

I upgraded to 4.5.1 and the problem went away...I hope for good... Now, on to the next...
