CE 5.0.0g on LAMP

Editing the DetailView for Accounts in Studio, I ended up with a totally blank layout. Blank in Studio, blank when trying to view an account. My guess is that the save/edit/save cycle got out of sync but who knows.

One of the repair options fixed things so that the layout now works when used - and it is as per my last version saved in Studio - but the layout is still blank in Studio so I cannot maintain or modify it.

Are there any specific repair options that can fix this, or worst case how can I restore the original or something ?
