About LinkBacksHi,
I renamed Cases module as ITHelpDesk and i renamed all file names and code also.Then i remove cache and Rapir and rebuil from admin. At last when i click 'ItHelpDesk(Cases)' in menu link it shows blank.
Can you help me please?

That is a bad idea to entirely rename a module.
You should rename Cases tab only.
Several scripts on SugarCRM refers to Cases module directaly.
